These terms cover your use of MM2H Agent MY, run by Epic Buzz Sdn Bhd.
This is a guide, not advice
We explain a government programme from the ministry pages. That is general information. It is not legal, immigration, tax or financial advice, and it does not replace what the ministry, the Immigration Department or a licensed professional tells you.
Numbers can change
The programme has changed more than once. Each number shows the day we read it. Check the ministry MM2H website before you rely on a number or pay anyone.
Agents are separate businesses
An agent we pass your details to is a separate business. Your agreement is with them, not with us. We do not guarantee that an agent will take you on, approve your application or give you any result, and we are not a party to what you agree with them.
Not connected to the government
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, the Immigration Department or any government body. MM2H and Malaysia My Second Home are the names of a government programme.
Limits
We take care over what we publish, but we cannot promise it is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on this site.
